Key Responsibilities:

  • Support alliance partner relationships between Katalon and System Integrators (SIs) in the EMEA region.
  • Engage with SI field sales and delivery organizations to manage active opportunities, map accounts, and communicate Katalon’s and SI's messaging around capabilities and platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales outreach, facilitate joint campaigns and GTM initiatives, report on KPIs and opportunities for the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with Katalon revenue teams (i.e. sales, customer success, RevOps, etc.) for lead and demand generation as well as proactive opportunity management and forecasting activities in the EMEA region.
  • Support dedicated pipeline development activities for Katalon solutions via partners including follow-up on inbound leads and designing and executing proactive outbound campaigns in the EMEA region.
  • Work cross-functionally with Katalon Revenue, Legal, Operations teams, etc. to support the development and execution of partner business and marketing plans for Katalon’s testing solutions & platforms in the EMEA region.
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert on Katalon platform and a go-to-person for the SI partner teams to reach out to.
  • Support the Partnership operations team with planning and execution of partner-related events (i.e. conferences, webinars, newsletters, tech events, etc.) in the EMEA region.
Job Requirements
  • Motivated self-starter, with 5+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role in a dynamic fast paced high growth SaaS environment. (Alliance Management or Direct Sales preferably)
  • Great communication and organizational skills, able to learn quickly and independently execute within a Katalon provided business plan and operating framework
  • Develop, support and participate in cross-functional initiatives and programs with minimal oversight from Katalon senior management
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for assigned partners, activities and accounts
  • Passion for helping others and seeing Katalon customers succeed

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in the Software Test Automation or DevOps industry is highly desired
