The customer, a US-based fintech organization, has the goal to provide students with a safe, inclusive, and easy way to build their financial futures. The integrated test strategy of Reflections in partnership with Katalon aims to provide an ensemble of multiple technologies. The plan is to use a single automation platform to help the customer to attain high test velocity.
Additionally, by leveraging cloud devices and crowdsourced testing, both Katalon and Reflections aim to achieve high device coverage and minimize testing costs.
THE CHALLENGE
Deliver a world-class user experience on time
The customer aimed to develop a platform that offers a seamless financial experience for young people in the US. In order to provide genuine digital card services to end customers, an aesthetic interface with simple and fluid navigation as well as in-app authentication and verification was planned. The customer intended to roll out the services starting with a focus group and accelerate subsequent roll-outs.
- The Dev, UI/UX, and Reflections QA teams collaborated to develop an end-to-end strategy that included UI validations, API testing, and mobile testing.
